We are a nonprofit organization driven by a dedicated group of community members, including business leaders on our board, roofers who generously donate their time and labor, vendors who provide roofing materials, and local businesses and individuals committed to supporting those in need in the Salem and Keizer community. Together, we work to ensure everyone has access to safe and secure roofing.

WHO WE HELP
Financial Hardship
Financial hardship refers to a situation where an individual or family struggles to meet basic financial needs due to insufficient income or unexpected expenses. This can result from job loss, medical emergencies, high debt, or other financial setbacks, making it difficult to afford essentials like housing, food, and healthcare.
Foster Homes
Foster homes, as it relates to becoming a nominee for Roofing It Forward, are temporary living arrangements where families provide displaced children care and support. Roofing It Forward seeks to support these families by helping to provide safe and stable roofing solutions, ensuring that both foster parents and children have a secure and comfortable home environment.
Single Parent Families
Single-parent families often face financial challenges due to relying on a single income to meet all household needs. As nominees for Roofing It Forward, these families receive support to ensure their homes have safe and stable roofing, alleviating some of their financial burdens and providing a secure environment for their children.
